PARESH CHANDRA DAS
Founder Chairman
The vision set by Mr. Paresh Chandra Das in 1973 has always been a guiding principle for us in our pursuit of excellence. His vision of ‘a product with quality without compromise’ has not only made us into who we are today but has also helped us in building ourselves as one of the most reliable cooling tower manufacturers and service providers in India. For him, quality was above all else, even if it meant a Rupee less in profits.
Mr. P.C Das was Head of Projects for Gamon India Ltd. from late 1950s till 1970. While he was with Gamon India he was instrumental in heading civil construction work for Rourkela Steel Plant, Odisha and Chandrapura Thermal Power Station, Bihar amongst many.
During a time of emerging markets and opportunities in India, Mr. P.C Das identified a sector of business absolutely unexplored and unexploited, cooling towers. Being a visionary that he was, he built a business from nothing into one of the most respected cooling tower manufacturing companies in the country. By securing international collaborations with manufacturers and spear-heading significant turnkey cooling tower projects in India.
Mr. Das was one of the most respected businessmen in Kolkata, West Bengal, India. We now strive everyday to make sure that we keep his teachings in our thoughts as we move into the future of ever expanding markets and opportunities.

The Konkan Railway project had 93 tunnels along a length of 82 km and involved tunnelling through soft soil. The total project covered 760 km and had over 150 bridges. It was the first major project in India to be undertaken on a BOT (Build-Operate-Transfer) basis; the organisation structure was different from that of a typical Indian Railway set-up.
